Valentines day is fast approaching. Just a few items we need to review:
1- Students need to make their own Valentines box at home. The box should be no larger than a tennis shoe box. Make sure your student’s name is on the box.
2- Valentines will be passed out after lunch on Friday. Please have your student sign their name on the Valentine, but leave the “To” part blank. This speeds up the process of passing out valentines.
3- Our Valentine Party will begin at 1:00 PM and end at 2:00 PM. Mrs. Strong could use some help with the party. Please call her at 801-766-6273.
Thank you for coming to SEP conference. I enjoyed sharing your student’s successes. If you were unable to attend, Please call and we can schedule an appointment. 801-766-6440 EX 134
Our class is:
· Math: Finishing multiplication, division and heading into fractions.
· Writing: Completed writing about our incredible Field Trip and starting Opinion
Writing.
· Utah Adventures: Learning about the First Explorers, Trappers and Traders.
· Reading: Finishing our current books and gearing up for our 15-day read.
· Science: Studying Habitats and the next area is Weather. Thursday the
Utah Museum of Natural History is coming to conduct a Rocks and Minerals lesson.
